A matching platform, not an advisor

MatchAdvisor connects consumers with professionals. We are not a financial advisor, property agent, or interior designer. We do not provide financial, property, or design advice of any kind.

We are not liable for professional advice

Any advice, recommendations, or services provided by professionals you meet through MatchAdvisor are entirely the responsibility of those professionals. MatchAdvisor is not liable for any outcomes arising from such advice or services.

Financial advisors — valid MAS licence required

All financial advisory professionals on our platform must be licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We verify this before listing and reserve the right to remove any professional whose licence lapses.

Property agents — CEA registration required

All property agents on our platform must hold a valid registration with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). We verify this before listing.

Interior designers — portfolio vetting required

Interior designers are vetted for portfolio quality, project history, and professional conduct. We also verify BCA permits or relevant contractor registrations where applicable.

You must be 18 or older

MatchAdvisor is intended for adults only. By submitting a request on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact and preference information. Misleading information may result in an unsuitable match or removal from the platform.

Free for consumers

Using MatchAdvisor to find a professional is free for consumers. We do not charge you to submit a request or receive an introduction.

No guarantee of outcome

While we strive to make every match a good one, we cannot guarantee that every introduction will result in an engagement. Results depend on individual circumstances and professional availability.

We may update these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Singapore law applies

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from use of MatchAdvisor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
